As D Group continues to expand its digital footprint across our diverse portfolio (Education, Tourism, Construction), we are laying the groundwork for our new internal technology capabilities. We are looking for a strong, hands-on Frontend Engineer to help build our web foundations from the ground up.
The Mission: We are looking for someone who can build clean, reliable, and maintainable web applications, work closely with backend and product stakeholders, and contribute to business-critical digital platforms from an early stage.
This is not a pure design role and not a people management role on day one. It is a build role for someone with strong frontend execution, practical judgment, ownership mindset, and the potential to grow into broader frontend responsibility as the Technology Unit evolves.
Core Tech Stack: React | TypeScript | API-Driven Architecture | Docker | Cloud Deployment
Who You Are (Ideal Profile):
- Minimum 4 years of relevant frontend development experience, ideally 5+ years in production web applications
- Strong hands-on experience with React
- Good working experience with TypeScript
- Good understanding of API-driven applications and modern frontend development
- Experience building business applications, admin interfaces, dashboards, or workflow-heavy systems
- Strong ability to implement forms, tables, validation, and operational user flows
- Comfortable working in a build-from-zero environment
- Able to turn requirements into clear, production-ready frontend implementations
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Next.js
- Experience with authenticated applications and role-based interfaces
- Familiarity with Docker-based development environments

The Mission: : We are looking for a builder. Someone who writes clean production code, designs pragmatic APIs, structures robust backend systems, and wants to contribute to business-critical platforms from day one.
This is not a pure architect role, nor a people-management role right out of the gate. It is a unique opportunity for an engineer who wants to take extreme ownership, build from zero, and grow into a leadership position as our technology function expands.

Who You Are (Ideal Profile):
- Minimum 5 years of relevant backend development experience, ideally 7+ years in production backend systems
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot

- Ability to make sound technical decisions and keep solutions practical

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on IT Operations Engineer to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our workplace technology and core internal systems.
The Mission:This role is perfect for a proactive IT professional who excels in internal user support and system administration. You will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our teams have a seamless, secure, and efficient tech experience across all business units.
What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities):
- Internal IT support
- Microsoft 365 administration
- user account and access management
- onboarding and offboarding processes
- Windows-based environments
- workplace devices and shared resources
- day-to-day operational coordination
Who You Are (Ideal Profile):
- strong experience in internal IT operations and user support
- good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- familiarity with Active Directory and/or Entra ID
- experience with access rights and permissions management
- good understanding of Windows-based IT environments
- a structured, reliable, and professional way of working
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred

We are building our internal Technology Unit from scratch and need a hands-on QA professional to establish our quality practices. If you thrive in a "manual-to-automation" transition and want to own the QA strategy for new digital platforms, let’s talk!
The Role:
- Establish Quality: Design test plans and scenarios from day one.
- Balance Manual & Auto: Start with manual testing of new features/integrations, while building and scaling a core automation suite.
- Full Ownership: Work alongside engineers and product owners to shape the QA approach and ensure smooth releases.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: ~4–7 years in Software QA/Testing.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in web application & API testing (Postman).
- Automation: Solid experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Mindset: Structured, pragmatic, and comfortable in an Agile environment.
