We’re looking for a Developer with strong WordPress expertise to build and maintain fast, responsive, and visually polished websites across our group of brands.

About the Role As Front-End Developer, you’ll be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress-based websites and landing pages, translating designs into clean, responsive, high-performing code, and ensuring a seamless user experience across all our digital properties.

What You’ll Do WordPress Development

• Build, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins
• Develop custom page templates, blocks, and components ( Elementor or similar)
• Optimize sites for speed, SEO, and performance
• Manage and troubleshoot WordPress hosting environments, updates, and security

Front-End Development

• Translate Figma/Adobe XD/ designs into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Build reusable, component-based front-end code
• Use browser dev tools to inspect, debug, and resolve UI issues

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with UX/UI designers, marketing, and back-end teams
• Translate design specs and business requirements into functioning web pages
• Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and sprint planning
• Support QA and post-launch testing/validation

Quality & Best Practices

• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
• Follow accessibility  and SEO best practices
• Maintain version control using Git

What We’re Looking For 

4+ years of professional front-end development experience
Strong hands-on experience with WordPress (theme/plugin development, custom post types, ACF, page builders)
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
Strong attention to detail and ability to match designs precisely

Nice to Have 

• Experience with React or other modern JS frameworks
• Experience with Laravel or other back-end/PHP frameworks
• Familiarity with REST APIs and headless WordPress setups
• Experience with Elementor, WooCommerce, or LMS/education platforms
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization tools
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Degree in Computer Science, Web
• Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
