UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our team and help design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across our group of brands.

About the Role
As UX Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing creative, intuitive websites and user experiences that meet our customers’ needs  while balancing business goals, marketing objectives, and brand strategy.

What You’ll Do
🔍 User Research & Discovery

• Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics)
• Develop personas, journey maps, and experience flows
• Identify usability issues and opportunities from user insights and data

🎯 UX & Interaction Design

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models at varying fidelity levels
• Design end-to-end experiences for new features and existing workflows
• Establish and refine information architecture and navigation models
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and inclusive design principles

🤝 Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with product, engineering, and QA teams throughout the design lifecycle
• Translate requirements into clear, developer-ready specs
• Take part in design reviews, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and stakeholder presentations
• Support implementation and validate designs through post-release testing

🧩 Design Systems & Standards

• Maintain and contribute to design systems, patterns, and UI guidelines
• Ensure consistency across products and platforms
• Advocate for UX best practices across teams

What We’re Looking For

  Degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field
  3+ years of professional UX design and front-end development experience
  Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking
  Proficiency with Figma,  Adobe XD, or similar tools
  Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile experiences
  Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
  Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics platforms
• Experience with enterprise, regulated, or data-heavy applications
• Experience with VS Code and Git
  Agile/Scrum experience, familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira
• Use browser dev tools to inspect, troubleshoot, and correct UI issues
•  Proficiency with CSS/SCSS (Sass), responsive design, and component-based approaches
•  Review and refine developer-built HTML/CSS to match design specs
