Accountant

D Group is a fast-growing group of companies active in the fields of Education, Vocational Training & Certification, Consulting, Construction, Tourism, and Technology. With a portfolio of innovative brands and ambitious growth plans, we are looking to strengthen our accounting department with 2 experienced Accountants, who will support the financial operations and further growth of the Group’s companies.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting / Economics
• Class A’ Accountant’s License
• Proven professional experience in a similar position
• Very good computer skills (MS Office, accounting software)

Desired Qualifications

• Prior experience at a certification body
• Experience in companies within the construction sector
• Experience in food service businesses
• Knowledge of Soft1 software
• Knowledge of payroll
• Familiarity with banking transactions/operations

Job Duties

• Monitoring all accounting department tasks (VAT–VIES–month-end closings–MY DATA)
• Issuing and recording accounting documents
• Preparing and submitting tax returns
• Payroll and related procedures
• Communication with banks and public authorities
• Support during tax and other audits
