IT Operations Engineer

As D Group continues to expand its diverse portfolio across Education, Tourism, and Construction, we are strengthening our internal technology function. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on IT Operations Engineer to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our workplace technology and core internal systems.

The Mission: This role is perfect for a proactive IT professional who excels in internal user support and system administration. You will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our teams have a seamless, secure, and efficient tech experience across all business units.

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities):

• internal IT support
• Microsoft 365 administration
• user account and access management
• onboarding and offboarding processes
• Windows-based environments
• workplace devices and shared resources
• day-to-day operational coordination

Who You Are (Ideal Profile):

• strong experience in internal IT operations and user support
• good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
• familiarity with Active Directory and/or Entra ID
• experience with access rights and permissions management
• good understanding of Windows-based IT environments
• a structured, reliable, and professional way of working
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points!):

• Experience with Windows Server and Group Policy (GPO).
• Familiarity with endpoint management and routine backup checks.
• Basic IT infrastructure coordination skills.
